  • I haven't heard of you before - where have you come from?

    Established in 1995, Motorsport Engineering having run a race preparation preparation business now specialise is supplying motorsport parts and accessories. mse-performance.com is our online retail brand which has an established ebay shop.

  • Can I set up a wholesale or trade account?

    Wholesale or trade customers should email us to discuss your requirements. Please use the link on the right.

  • You don't have many products online yet.

    We are expanding our online catalogue section by section. New products will appear regularly. If you want to buy something that is not currently listed then please contact us by email.

  • What are your opening hours?

    We are open between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next working day. Where orders are placed on Saturday or Sunday we will process the orders on the following Monday morning (except for Bank Holiday Mondays).

  • How do I pay online?

    Through our PayPal online secure payment gateway you can pay using PayPal or Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron debit and credit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase products online.

  • I don't have a debit/credit card?

    Cheques and Postal Orders are acceptable. Please contact us by email with details of your order.

  • Is shopping online safe?

    Yes, we believe it is. The section of the web site that actually processes payments is not under our control. We use PayPal to handle all payments for mse-performance.com. It is their secure web site that will ask you for card payment details. At NO time does mse-performance.com know of your card details. If at a later stage we need to issue a refund or cancel the payment then this is done with PayPal using your original payment reference.

  • When will the goods be delivered?

    Whenever possible, and where goods are ordered by mid-day, we should despatch goods on the day you place the order. For orders placed later in the day we may not despatch the goods until the following day. To UK mainland addresses we will endevour to deliver these goods to you "next working day". However this is not a guaranteed service so please make sure the goods are delivered to an address where somebody will be there to receive them.

  • Who will deliver the goods?

    For UK customers small items are sent using Royal Mail's first class recorded delivery service. Larger items will be sent using FedEx. Carriers for the rest of Europe will vary depending on the delivery address and the size of the order - if you require specific details please contact us by email.

  • Can I have goods delivered to a different address?

    Yes, as part of the ordering process you will be asked for the address of the cardholder and the delivery address if it is different.

  • What if you do not have the goods in stock?

    mse-performance.com have huge stocks and regular deliveries from suppliers. Where possible we only display goods on our web site where they are currently in stock or we are expecting stock within 48 hours. If, when we process your order, we identify items that will not be in stock within 48 hours we will contact you by emai to discuss the options available.

  • What if I need to return goods?

    We will happily pay a full refund for faulty/defective goods. Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt. To receive a refund you must obtain a returned goods number before you return the goods. Please contact us by email before you return any goods to obtain this number. Unsolicited returns will not be processed.
